A complex system shouldn't need a complicated explanation.
Wave Nine was selling a strategy execution consultancy built around OKRs, but the proposition came with its own complexity: multiple pillars, phases, workshops, training, change management, and technology. The client wanted the presentation to feel light and schematic, so the design leans into that simplicity, using a clear grid, restrained typography, and a visual language built around diagrams rather than decoration.
The presentation does not just explain the system. It behaves like one. Strategy, execution, and implementation are broken into visual structures that make relationships easy to follow, from the three-part Strategy Execution Engine to the five pillars, four phases, and detailed implementation timeline. Each element gives the next one context, turning a dense consulting proposition into something that can be understood almost at a glance.
The result is a deck that makes a complex service feel tangible. Instead of trying to make the consultancy look more sophisticated, the design makes its methodology easier to see, understand, and believe. The system becomes the story, and the presentation becomes its clearest demonstration.
