White Paper | Workplace Compliance

The central decision was deliberate: make the document feel approachable without trivializing the subject.

When Dr. Genevieve Burnett needed to communicate one of the most significant changes to Australian workplace law in 40 years, the content presented a clear challenge: sexual harassment and legal enforcement are heavy subjects, easy to push aside when the visual language feels bureaucratic.

With only a logo as a starting point, the entire visual system was built from scratch. The central decision was deliberate: make the document feel approachable without trivializing the subject.

The result is a warm, open language: soft backgrounds, an energetic orange accent, human photography that keeps readers moving through dense content. The design persuades, not through fear, but through clarity.

A document that feels accessible gets read. A document that gets read drives action.
